Glacier Valley CSA
Picked up the Glacier Valley CSA box earlier today. Late June and “spring” seems to be here! There was Alaskan basil, English cucumbers, last years harvest potatoes and local sprouts. The boxes are supplemented, depending on the time of year, with items that are organic.
Excited to see the local coming back. So, if you can’t make it to the market on Saturday’s, look this up and find a drop spot near you. The CSA comes with recipes so If you are unfamiliar with ingredients there is a reference.
